Chris McElroy Sets the Tone
Chris McElroy brings more than 20 years of hospitality and restaurant operations experience to TRIO. Originally from Iowa, his career includes leadership roles with the Kansas City Royals, Red Door Grill, Q39, and Cuistot in Palm Desert before joining TRIO in 2014. As Owner, Chris leads daily operations with a hands-on approach focused on exceptional hospitality, staff development, and creating memorable dining experiences that keep guests coming back.
Chef Gladis Runs the Kitchen
With over 15 years of culinary experience , Chef Gladis Lizarraga brings a unique mix of precision and creativity to the kitchen at TRIO. Gladis also sharpened her skills in San Diego working alongside celebrity chef Brian Malarkey and at several acclaimed restaurants within the Cohn Restaurant Group. Raised on the Pacific Coast of Mazatlán, Mexico, she developed a passion for bold flavors and fresh seafood.
